PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping service chosen at checkout.

All shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Estimated delivery dates may shift due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Once an order is placed, changes may be limited.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify the order, cancel the order, or make any address changes.
- To request a modification, cancellation, or address change, please contact support@tieronecarcare.com as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes will not be possible.
- We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an invalid address, additional reshipment fees may apply.
